80's Floral Dress

Beautiful, vintage, black and red floral dress. Has a tie around the waist, a lovely collar with red lace trim, as well as short balloon sleeves with a lace trim. Has beautiful red buttons that come all the way down the dress. Dress ends at a calf length and has stretch.
